Spin the Issues Frequently Asked Questions |
No! Only one Spin Card may be played per Issue. Otherwise your constituents may be confused as to how you are spinning the issue! |
Question: Can I put more than one spin on the issue card? |

Of course! As long as you have a Media Card that allows you to do so. That would be a Flip Flop Card or you can use a No Spin Zone Card and lay a new Spin Card afterward. There are no rules that say you can only use those two Media Cards on opponents. |
Question: can I switch spin cards when I have a better one to use? |
On the Question phase I flip up an Issue card. I can't Spin it, so it passes to the player on my left. She plays a Spin on it, but someone else immediately plays a No Spin Zone Action card to cancel it. Does the issue stay in front of her so she's stuck with the negative points, or does it pass on to the next player? |
Once the issue has had a spin played it becomes that player's. So it stays with her. Unless of course she has a mudslinging Media Card... then she can pass it to whomever she wishes! |

On my turn an opponent played the Media Card ‘Caught On Tape,’ on my podium, he then laid down a Flip Flop and attempted to change a card on another opponent’s podium. The bottom of the card says “no other spin may be played for that turn.” Does that include opponent’s as well as me? |
Yes! As long as it remains your turn, no one at the table my play spin cards. That means that cards like Flip Flop and Counter Spin are useless until the turn passes to the next player. |
